Terms of use and sale
Monthly subscription of 19 CHF, 7-day free trial, no commitment, cancel at any time for the end of the paid period. The applications come from public sources; only the official publication is authoritative.
The trial needs no card and ends on its own; the monthly subscription renews every month until you cancel.
Annual subscription of 190 CHF, paid in advance, renewed every year until you cancel, which takes effect at the end of the paid year. A reminder reaches you by email 30 days before each renewal.
The subscription rules
- Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: the publisher’s domicile in Ogens (canton of Vaud).
- Kranli is not registered for VAT: prices are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF).
- Payment through Stripe, every month or every year depending on your plan: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and TWINT once it is active.
- You can cancel at any time, from your area (“Manage my subscription”) or with the unsubscribe link in every email: the subscription is then no longer renewed, and your alerts continue until the end of the paid period, month or year. The “Unsubscribe” button in your email app, on the other hand, stops the emails straight away: the subscription is no longer renewed, your area stays open until the end of the paid period, and nothing is refunded.
- A period that has started, monthly or yearly, is not refunded. An amount charged by mistake is returned to you.
- If the price or these terms change, you are told by email at least 30 days in advance; the change only applies from your next period, and you can cancel until then. If Kranli shuts down, you are told 30 days in advance, and the paid part of any period that would not be served is refunded to you.
- The building-site addresses you receive are only for your own business: you do not resell them and you do not publish them.
- Kranli does not guarantee that the official publications are complete or accurate. Only the official publication is authoritative.
- The liability of Kranli is limited to the amount you paid in the last twelve months, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
