About and data sources

Kranli reads every day the building permit applications published by the authorities: the official layer of the Canton of Geneva and the Swiss Official Gazettes Portal. Each application is sorted by trade from its description and linked to its municipality.

Our pages publish no person’s name and no address: only the municipality, the type of works, the type of procedure, the dates and the link to the official publication.

Building information (age, heating, solar, dwellings) comes from the public registers of the Confederation and the cantons. It stays in subscribers’ private alerts.
